The Third Hike :: Bear Peak!!!
Update: The hike will leave from the park ranger station at Chautauqua Park at 9:30am. I will be at Chautauqua Park at 9am to meet people. See you there.
Since I didn’t announce in time last week, the hike that had been planned will be moved to this week. TechTreks will be hiking Bear Peak this Sunday. To give adequate time and to take advantage of better temperatures, the hike will be leaving at 9:30am. I will be arriving at a TBA location Chautauqua Park between 9 and 9:15am to meet people. Depending on how long the hike takes, an impromptu group meal may occur afterwards. This post will be updated when a meeting place is decided. Thoughts on whether the hike should start within biking distance of downtown Boulder or, with the aim of making the hike more manageable, have it start a short drive away from Boulder? Man, iPhone dev camp is this weekend, most likely I won’t make it, unless I get everything covered on Saturday.
